Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges of Product Purchased In-Store

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from ChocoMaker, Inc.  If you are unsatisfied, you may return or exchange product within 30 days of your purchase date.  We are an SQF (Safe Quality Food) facility and therefore cannot take back any food products.  To initiate a return, please call 1-844-280-2374 or email with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return or exchange. For all returns and exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the reason for return is damaged product. Once your refund is processed a payment credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you are shipping any item over $50, please consider using tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee delivery of any returned items. Chocolate Fountain Warranty & Return Information

Should your unit not work or you find that it is damaged upon removing it from the box, please immediately return it to the store where it was purchased. For questions regarding the unit, please contact ChocoMaker® directly. Your ChocoMaker® Chocolate Fountain is warrantied for 90 days from date of purchase by the manufacturer from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damages due to shipping, mishandling or dropping the unit. A product deemed damaged or mishandled is entirely up to the distributor’s discretion. To obtain service under this warranty, return this unit to ChocoMaker®. A copy of the original receipt must be included along with your name, address and telephone number. Please include a description of the problem, julian date (located on bottom of unit), purchase date, date of problem and any other relevant information.

Note: Misuse or failure to comply with all instructions will invalidate this pledge to you and is being made in place of all other expressed warranties.
