Truffles in Chocolate Sugar

  • 8 oz Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 bottle Chocolatier Chocolate Flavored Sugar
  • Chocolatier Truffle Scoop
  • Chocolatier Melting Bowl
  • Parchment paper lined sheet pan
  • Dipping tools
  1. Using the Chocolatier Truffle Scoop, portion out your truffles onto parchment paper lined sheet pan. Set in refrigerator and let firm for 10 – 12 minutes or until moderately firm.
  2. Remove truffles from fridge and roll in hands to smooth shape and to warm truffles.
  3. Roll truffles in Chocolatier Flavored Sugars until completely covered. Repeat until they are all covered.
