  • 48 Thin Crisp Almond Cookies (approx. 2 in. in diameter)
  • 4 oz Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Ganache
  • Piping Bag
  • Chocolatier Melting Bowl
  1. Line up even number of cookies placing flat side up.
  2. Warm Chocolatier Ganache in microwave safe bowl according to package instructions and transfer to piping bag
  3. Pipe warmed Ganache about the size of a nickel onto the center of half the upturned cookies. Place other half on top. Enjoy!
