Homemade Coffee Liquor Cordial Cups

  • 2 cups water
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2tbs 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbs 2tsp espresso powder
  • 5oz Chocolatier Milk Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers
  • 2 packs Chocolatier Cordial Cups
  • Strainer
  • Plate
  • Large Pot
  • Chocolatier Melting Bowl
  1. Boil water and sugar to make a simple syrup. Reduce heat and let simmer until mixture has thickened.
  2. Take mixture off heat and combine with vodka, espresso powder, and vanilla. Strain mixture to remove espresso grounds. Let sit overnight.
  3. Melt Milk Chocolate candy wafers in microwave safe bowl according to package instructions. Pour half of the Chocolate Sugar onto small plate. Dip rims of cordial cups into melted wafers, and then dip into chocolate sugar to create your rimmed edges. Set aside.
  4. Pour your liquor into cordial cups before enjoying.
