Ganache Drip Cake

  • 1 8 oz package of Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 Frosted Cake (10 in.)
  • Chocolatier Melting Bowl
  • Offset Spatula
  1. Melt Chocolatier Ganache in melting bowl according to package instructions.
  2. Pour ganache onto center of frosted cake. Turn cake while using offset spatula to push Ganache out and over the sides creating drips.
  3. Cut, serve and enjoy!
