Frozen Hot Chocolate Cups

  • 1/2 cup favorite hot chocolate mix
  • 6oz milk
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1 jar Chocolatier Chocolate Flavored Sugar
  • 5oz Chocolatier Milk Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers
  • Blender
  • Chocolatier Melting Bowl
  • Plate
  1. Melt Milk Chocolate candy wafers in microwave safe bowl according to package instructions. Pour half of the Chocolate Sugar onto small plate. Dip rims of cordial cups into melted wafers, and then dip into chocolate sugar to create your rimmed edges. Set aside.
  2. Pour milk into blender. Add hot cocoa mix and ice.
  3. Blend first at low speed and then high speed until ice is finely crushed and slushy.
  4. Pour into cordial cups and top with whipped cream and chocolate sugar for decoration.
