  • 3 oz crushed caramelized coffee beans
  • 72 whole caramelized coffee beans

  • Chocolatier Melting Bowl
  • Parchment Paper
  1. Melt Dark Chocolate candy wafers in microwave safe bowl according to package instructions. Dip bottom of lady fingers into melted wafers. Place on parchment paper and let set.
  2. Place caramel in microwave safe bowl and heat until pipeable but sturdy. Pipe down center of lady fingers. Sprinkle on crushed caramelized espresso beans and push down to ensure sticking.
  3. Dip the remaining top half lady fingers into melted dark chocolate wafers, shaking off excess. Lay on parchment paper. Carefully place three whole espresso beans on top of bar to decorate. Let set and enjoy!
