Ingredients
  • 7 oz Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Flavored Wafers
  • 3 oz Chocolatier Vanilla Flavored Wafers
  • 1/4 oz dried Hibiscus Tea Leaves
  • 2 tbs dried cracked Orange Peel
Kitchenware
  • Chocolatier Piping Bags
  • 2 Chocolatier Melting Bowl or microwave safe bowls
  • Chocolatier Scraper
  • Offset Spatula
  • Parchment Paper
  • Blow Dryer
  • Ruler
Instructions
  1. Melt vanilla wafers in melting bowl according to package instructions. Pour onto parchment and spread until you have an oval approximately 6in x 2in x .25in. Let set for approximately 5 – 10 minutes in the refrigerator. When set, cut into two 5 in x .75 in x .25 in rectangles.
  2. Melt dark wafers in melting bowl according to package instructions. Pour onto parchment and spread till you have an oval approximately 6 in x 6 in x .25 in. Let set for approximately 5 – 10 minutes in refrigerator. When set cut into four 5 in x .75 in x .75 in rectangles.
  3. Take the vanilla rectangles and lightly warm the tops with the blow dryer until just melted. Sprinkle the dried hibiscus and cracked orange peel down the center and let set.
  4. Melt any leftover dark wafers in melting bowl according to package instructions. Transfer to piping bag. Attach dark rectangles to sides of the vanilla rectangles by lining one long side of each dark rectangle with melted dark wafers and sticking it to the side of the vanilla rectangles. Let set and enjoy!
