Chocolate Drizzle Bowls

Ingredients
  • Chocolatier Vanilla Flavored Candy Wafers
  • Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers
  • Any sprinkle of your choice (optional)
Kitchenware
  • Balloons (latex free)
  • Half sheet pan
  • Silicone mat or parchment paper
Instructions
  1. Blow up balloons to preferred sizes
  2. Melt your Candy Wafers according to package instructions.
Plain Bowl
  1. Dip your balloon into your melted Vanilla Flavored Candy Wafers until your desired depth. Let some of the excess melted candy wafers drip off before placing on your silicone mat (or parchment paper).
  2. Repeat step one for remaining balloons. Place sheet pan in the fridge to set.
  3. After the bowls have set, pop balloons and carefully separate them from the chocolate bowls.
Sprinkled Bowl
  1. Dip your balloon into your melted Vanilla Flavored Candy Wafers until your desired depth. Let some of the excess melted candy wafers drip off before placing on your silicone mat (or parchment paper).
  2. Repeat step one for remaining balloons. Place sheet pan in the fridge to set.
  3. Remove from fridge and dip each bowl again into melted Candy Wafers. Evenly cover a plate with your sprinkle of choice and roll the dipped bowl into the sprinkles. Place bowls on your silicone mat (or parchment paper).
  4. Repeat step three for remaining balloons. Place sheet pan in the fridge to set.
  5. After the bowls have set, pop balloons and carefully separate them from the chocolate bowls.
Drizzled Bowl
  1. Dip your balloon into your melted candy wafers until your desired depth. Let some of the excess melted candy wafers drip off before placing on your silicone mat (or parchment paper).
  2. Repeat step one for remaining balloons. Place sheet pan in the fridge to set.
  3. After the bowls have set, pop balloons and carefully separate them from the chocolate bowls.
  4. Place bowls upside down on sheet pan. Melt the Dark Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers according to package instructions. Dip a spoon into the melted Dark Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers and drizzle onto the bowls. Repeat until all bowls are drizzled. Place sheet pan in the fridge to set.
