Chocolate Eiffel Tower with Luster

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces Chocolatier Milk or Dark Chocolate Flavored Candy Wafers
Kitchenware
  • Chocolatier Metal Eiffel Tower Mold
  • Chocolatier Silver Luster Brush
Instructions
  1. Melt 3 ounces of candy wafers according to package instructions.
  2. Using a clean and dry metal mold, use the clips to secure the sides together tightly.
  3. Pour melted candy wafers into the mold to fill about half way. Tap repeatedly against the counter to free any bubbles from the side of the mold. Fill the remainder of the mold.
  4. Using an empty drinking glass, stand the filled mold inside, and place in the refrigerator to allow it to set without spilling over. Chill for 20-30 minutes to ensure that the melted wafers have set completely.
  5. Unmold carefully and allow the molded piece to reach room temperature.
  6. Using the luster brush, apply a thin coating of luster to the exterior of the finished piece. Luster will dry within about 10 minutes.
