Normally, here, culinary professionals would tell you where they’ve trained and what fancy French chefs have yelled at them. But, what I really want you to know, is that I love what I do. I get to learn, experiment, create – often fail – and then try again, all with chocolate. I love learning to make something I can be proud of and that reflects a bit of myself.

Don’t get me wrong, it can be frustrating, but in the end it’s usually incredibly gratifying. There’s really nothing like feeding someone something you’ve made and seeing their face light up at the first bite. It’s incredible.
